Digital Fineprint (DFP) has been selected as one of 20 startups to participate in the Global FinTech Hackcelerator 2018, powered by KPMG Digital Village in Singapore.

Over 340 businesses from 40 different countries applied for the 12-week programme, during which DFP will receive business guidance and support from industry leaders and partners, including mentorship from KPMG and Allianz.

As a part of the Global FinTech Hackcelerator, DFP will also exhibit at the Global FinTech Festival in Singapore on 10-12th November 2018 and present their solution at the Demo Day. DFP will be specifically addressing the ‘360- customer view‘ problem statement, showcasing how data from multiple sources can be consolidated for insurers, enabling them to get a complete view of the customer and facilitate meaningful engagement with their SME clients.

The Global FinTech Hackcelerator offers a platform that connects fintech exosystem and is helping financial institutions transform and shape the future state of insurance. Jan Reinmueller, Head of Digital Village, KPMG in Singapore said: “The Global FinTech Hackcelerator is also an opportunity for start-ups to tap into the global expertise of KPMG fintech professionals to super-charge their growth trajectory, and to use Singapore, a global fintech capital, as their launch pad to market-validate their ideas and gain market entry into Asia Pacific.”

Erik Abrahamsson, Founder & CEO of Digital Fineprint commented: “We’re grateful and excited about this new opportunity, and are very impressed by the structure and seniority of the program. We have already seen significant opportunities for partnerships and new market entries, and are looking forward to presenting our solution at the Singapore Fintech Week!’
